TERMS OF USE
FlyScout terms
Effective 11 September 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and FlyScout AI (“FlyScout”, “we”) for the FlyScout mobile app, the website flyscoutai.com and the price alerts. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. See also our privacy policy.
What FlyScout is
FlyScout is a discovery and alert service. We show fares we have observed from third-party providers, rank them against your budget and tell you when a price you care about appears. We are not an airline, travel agency or ticket seller: the booking, the payment and the ticket happen with the partner we hand you to, and the partner’s price, schedule, baggage rules and availability are the ones that apply.
Your account
Use an e-mail address you control, keep your access code and token private, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used for abuse, fraud or a breach of these terms.
Fares, prices and accuracy
Fares come from providers and can change or disappear between the moment we record them and the moment you book. When we show a discount it is calculated from fares we actually observed — at least five observations behind the benchmark — and we show no discount when there is not enough data. Estimated interest is labelled as estimated, test data is labelled as test data, and we never invent live inventory or viewer counts. Always confirm the final price, dates and baggage rules on the partner’s page before paying.
Price alerts
Alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis. Provider outages, mail and push delivery limits, quiet hours you configured and per-user throttling can delay them, and a delayed alert can arrive after the fare has changed or gone. Free alerts are delayed by design; PRO alerts are dispatched immediately.
FlyScout PRO
PRO is a 30-day pass bought with a one-time PayPal payment of €2.99 (price may change before you buy, and the amount you are shown at checkout is the amount that applies). PRO does not renew automatically and never charges you again without a new purchase. The pass activates on the account whose e-mail address you paid with and is valid for 30 days from activation; buying again extends it. If a payment is captured but the pass does not activate, contact support with your PayPal transaction id and we will activate or refund it. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are honoured when the pass has not been used beyond activation. Refunds and reversals recorded by PayPal revoke the remaining pass time.
Affiliate disclosure
FlyScout may earn a commission when you use a marked partner link. This never changes the price you pay with the partner, and it does not buy a better placement for a worse fare. When a creator referred you, their referral may be credited for up to 30 days; that attribution is recorded server-side and does not affect your booking.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape or bulk-download the service, resell fares or alerts, probe or overload our servers, reverse engineer the app, use the service to build a competing product, or post content that is unlawful or misleading. Automated access beyond normal app and website use needs our written permission.
Our content and third-party photos
The FlyScout name, app, website, texts and data compilations belong to us or our licensors. Destination photographs are served from our own copies and credited to their original source; their licences remain with the authors.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, limit or withdraw features, providers or routes at any time, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a provider outage. We may update these terms; the effective date above always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced in the app or by e-mail before they apply.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, prices or availability of the partners you book with, for missed or delayed alerts, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence always apply.
Termination
You can stop using FlyScout and delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy for deletion). We may close an account or stop providing the service for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where we are required to by law.
Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use FlyScout, and old enough to make travel bookings on your own account where you book a fare.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which FlyScout AI is established, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections you have where you live. Write to babacic52@outlook.com first — we would rather solve it. Our support page is /support.
